My compliments to Chastang Ford! This was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a new vehicle. My salesperson Art was the best. Everyone else I
came in contact with was extremely helpful and eager to please - all the way to Mr. Chastang himself. I felt that I was important to everyone, not just
another number or more money walking in the door. More Ford Dealerships could take a lesson from Chastang Ford when it comes to customer service.
In comparison to the other Ford dealers in the Houston area, Chastang is the best. Many thanks!

Chastang Ford is a great dealer for sales and service. The only complaint I have is that both recalls on the Super Duty I got. The dipstick and the radiator
have both gone bad with my truck and this shuts me down in my business. I am an outside salesman, as a result when my truck is down I am put behind.
I did not purchase the extended warranty with the benefits of the loaner vehicles because I get a new vehicle every 18-24 months. With all the testing of
the 6.4L I figured it would be sound for 60-80,000 miles. I am not pointing blame at anyone, I just am commenting on the situation that I am in and how
it affects me. To summarize your question Chastang Ford in my opinion is the most honest and professional dealer in the Houston market from when you
walk in the door, purchase, and return for service. There letters are true, when you purchase a vehicle from there you become part of the family.
