All of our employees are focused on that mission, but four Chastang Ford employees went above and beyond in 2018.
Our staff received Employee Excellence Level 3 Awards from Ford Motor Company. Fleet and Government Manager Ed Miller, Sales Consultant Brian Hinkle, and Parts Manager John Smith were recently honored for their efforts at a dealership-wide luncheon.
The Employee Excellence Awards are given to employees who score at the top their fields in customer satisfaction, sales and training. As a Level 3 award-winner, each employee ranked in the top 10 percent among their peers in the number of customers and customer satisfaction.
“We are proud of what Ed, Brian and John have accomplished. Serving our customers is our top priority, and the Chastang Ford team is happy to provide a high quality experience to every one who walks through the door,” Chastang Ford General Manager Patrick Chastang said.
